Force Bubble with Master of the Force? Options

If a figure with Force Bubble also has Master of the Force 2, can they use it twice on the same incoming source of damage? Say if a figure doing base damage of 20 rolls a crit turning the incoming damage to 40, can the target use Force Bubble twice on that 40 damage to make it all go away?

My assumption is that it cannot due to Force Powers not stacking with themselves, but I needed to be sure.

You are only able to use Force Bubble to reduce 20 damage per instance of damage, no matter how many times you can spend Force Points on Force Bubble.
