Location: Akron Ohio, just south of dantooine.
Does Charging Assault work with Galloping Attack? I'm leaning toward "NO" because of the "raplaces turn" cost. Hope I'm wrong.
With Momentum? Leaning toward "YES".

1. Yes, I don't see why not. Gallopping Attack doesn't replace attacks or turn.
