If a character (EX. Gray Jedi) uses Dark Temptation, and kills the last member of the enemy squad, but then fails his Dark Temptation save, does he change squads, or does the game end before he can actually make the save?

Everything must resolve, so he changes squads if the save fails. Then it depends on the victory conditions for the match you are playing.
