So.... I use Force Barrier with the Baron Do Sage. Someone inside a Force Bubble shoots him or someone adjacent, does it work? And 2nd question with it. If I use Force Barrier, can I Intuition into a Bubble and it still be active?

I'll venture an opinion on question #2. As Do Sage enters the bubble the shield would still be active, as it only prevents characters from spending FP's while in the Ysalamiri zone. However since everyone in the zone has FI, the deflective aspect of his shield would be nullified.
As to the first question, I would think the mechanics would depend on where spacially the attack is resolved. IMO it would work and the attack would be reflected back at say a firing Storm Commando. This is something that I'll bet is sure to come up next weekend at FrostyCon.

Assuming you mean Ysalimari...
1. No, as Force Barrier is still a Force Power, and you cannot use Force Powers in response to an attack made by a character with Force Immunity.
2. The Force Ability would still be active if the character gained Force Immunity.
