No! Star trek the movie not Star trek the original movie. That was the name of the movie Star Trek.

In a unrelated note the first two seasons of Star trek Enterprise was called where the rest or the series was called Star Trek: Enterprise.Blink

Anyway it took four years for Star trek to make its way to basic cable.Huh

3 and a half actually. Half of the finale is the old TNG episode, Pegasus.

I must say that I am very disappointed with the last episode of Enterprise. Nothing against TNG but seriously, the story was full of holes. I also hate it when they kill of main charaters... I disliked it!

I think I know why. Someone who was running the show step away from the show sometime around season three, or something like that. Don't really know the details. Then on the last ep. Inserted control back. O heard that somewhere. Again Not sure on the details.

"All else a God needs is compassion, Mitchell!!!"

It would be a long shot but a redux of "Where No Man Has Gone Before" would make a great next movie. IMHO.

Or my personal favorite...

The lonely Squire of Gothos
