Do end of the turn abilities and commander effects, such as swap and override, work on a dominated character? For instance, could Sly Moore dominate Thrawn to swap Lord Vader back out in the same round as swapping him in?

Yes. It is still considered a turn, so you resolve end of turn effects as normal.

Hmm, Sly Moore is more powerful than I thought with Palpatine on Throne for rerolling the save on Thrawn. Thanks!
