Can't figure out how to enter inventory. What am I missing?

If you are in the Inventory Overview window, you can't do it from there.

Use the main window, select a mini, then use the right-click menus, or press Ctrl+A to add, Ctrl+R to remove.

You can use the set/faction buttons to filter the list as desired.
