The Wook has the only Quednak pic I've seen. I take it you've consulted Wookieepedia?

bigger version of the same pic Abiwan provided, in case you don't have it this size Otherwise, sadly, only one I know of. Good luck though, idea looks cool and your make-up should be a solid representation to get the overall point across (plus, after you start you will have the option of a little more green-stuff scaling if you so choose - not completely needed though for the cool factor to still be there)

It looks to be 2.5~3.5 people tall (if we were to take the vong rider as a rough stadia), So the mini youre working on presently would be either a prototype or a young quednak. To get that really sharp look of the ref. photo, youd probably have to do a complete scratchbuild from the armature up, or use something like a lizardmen forgeworld model as a base Positive criticism aside, the present model you're working on looks like a great proof of concept! The rider is a universe set vong right? Thats also a nice use of a dinosaur figure - was it a brittle type of plastic, or like the polyvinyl that SWM's are made of? Best of luck with this custom, and I cant wait to see how it turns out

@neifi .. thanks for the bigger pics @Sam .. yup I agree with you that from the looks of the picture .... it will be more of a huge rather than large minis @koba ... yup I think because it has been decided by Vset committe that this thing is large ... I has to settle with smaller scale of the dino ... same kind as swm made of .. and yup that is the universe vong ... i will try to work on better sculpting with the green stuff later on

Wow the Quednak seems to be suffering from TIE Crawler syndrome - too large for its base size! Also, how can a beast that size have cloaked??

And it is especially questionable when you consider this quote about the thing: "Stupid six-legged flatulent herbivorous lumbering ninnies." That must be one heck of a cloaking ability to also eliminate the apparently horrific smell...

May be that is the smell keep you from targeting them, as this is so loathing...

That turned out awesome!
Only thing I can really say is that its just too bad you were limited to the V-Sets "Large" Base; would have loved to see what you could do on a proper-sized beast!
