I've been talking to someone about getting out a few new maps, as well as some old ones reprinted to order on hard boards.
Any interest?

They will be fullsize and double sided. one of the sides is going to be a re-done anchorhead. Since its on the restricted list, and it really need a facelift, it was my first natural choice. The other side, I don't know yet. maybe I'll do a "draw a great layout contest"
This is going to be something where I just make the maps and someone else handles everything else. my schedule these days is the worst it's ever been.

I'm in financially for at least a few of these; as for a new layout contest, that is a great idea! I have a good one right now. Some choices though: KOTOR unknown world (beach/ocean with shipwrecks in the water you can go into) Dantooine two farms with a river running through the middle
Or if your feeling adventurous Yuuzhan'tar

An updated Anchorhead would be totally wizard!
Count me in as well.

More hardboard maps would be awesome, then my ROTS map wouldn't feel so alone. An updated anchorhead is a great idea, and i'd love to see updated versions of some of your other older maps as well.
Count me in for at least a couple of these!

I'd be interested in seeing an uber-melee map. We have TONS of maps that don't make the restricted list because they are too open and favor shooters too much. I don't know if we have even one that is so crowded that it favors melee too much. I know in general new maps will be shooting for the restricted list, but I'd be interested in seeing an uber-melee map that would be good for standard but maybe too melee-friendly for restricted. We also don't have enough spaceships yet. Spaceships can often be cramped, so that would seem to be a natural match for the paragraph above.

I'm extremely interested in this, and would be willing to pay a bit more than usual since it'll save the cost of laminating.
