I noticed in the last couple days I haven't been getting email notifications when I get new Bloo Mails. I rely on getting message notifications because my only internet is on my phone, which is synced up with my email to notify me when I get emails. Loading BlooMilk is not always an option at work, so if the notifications could be fixed, that would be great. Thanks!

Confirmed. I notified Shinja on Tuesday, but I'm guessing he is back in super busy mode again.
