i am a bit conufused, by your question format, but i will try to help.
Yes spirits ignore terrain and can walk through doors and walls. They interact this way so that they can move freely and are not hindered in movement by anything.

One other thing to note: They can't end their turn inside a solid object (something surrounded by wall lines).
