It is not possible to post pictures directly into a forum post.
First you will need to upload the pictures to a host that you can link to. Examples are Photobucket, Facebook, Windows Live (hotmail) Skydrive, a personal blog, or any other such service. Plenty of free services out there.
Then you put the url of the image in your post using the image tag - this icon
The code for that picture to show up looks like this:
