Well, I was enjoying my week at school so much, I forgot to put up the second week of Beatstick Wars! Anyhoo - last week turned out like this:
Mace Windu, Legacy of the Light Side beat Shaak Ti, Jedi Master 1-0
Lord Vader beat Jarael 1-0
Grandmaster Luke Skywalker beat Kol Skywalker 1-0
Darth Bane beat Jedi Weapon Master 1-0
No one is suprised about the result - but 1-nil is pretty close. That's largely due to one round of combatants last week. It would have only taken a coupl'a other results coming in wher someone had some crazy dice rolling and one of these underdogs could have taken it! However, that didn't happen and our first four winner steamrolled into the next round.
So - what about this week?!

Kyle Katarn BM vs. Luke Skywalker and Yoda
Darth Revan, Sith Lord vs. Master Vandar

I think Loda has an advantage to Kyle since he can stun you 3 times.

Round 1: Vader wins init and engages. 30 to Krayt (failed armor). Krayt hits (fail Djem So save, hit Riposte, Armor save successful), misses, hits (successful Djem So save, hit Djem So, failed armor). Krayt with 50hp left. Vader with 80hp left.
Round 2: Krayt wins init. Triple attack. Hit (make Djem So save, hit, fail armor - reroll successful, Riposte, miss). Hit (fail Djem So save). Hit (make Djem So save, miss attack). Vader attacks: Hit, Crab Armor save successful. Hit - dead Krayt.
This was not as close as it sounds. Only 20hp left for Vader, but he missed two point blank shots (needed a 3).
Naga Sadow vs VAU
WotC Christophsis, setup in the Administration Center
Round 1: Naga wins init and engages. Crit. Failed poison save. 60dmg to VAU. VAU attacks. Hit, Illusion, fail save, fail reroll. Hit, Illusion, fail save. Naga undamaged. VAU with 70 HP remaining.
Round 2: VAU wins init. Hit, Illusion, fail save, fail reroll. Hit - 20dmg to Naga. Naga attacks - hit, fail poison. Miss, hit on reroll, fail poison, make poison on reroll. VAU with 10HP left. Naga with 120HP left.
Round 3: VAU wins init. Hit. Miss, fail reroll. Naga attacks: Miss, Crit. Game over. Naga with 100HP left.
Kyle vs Loda

Round 3: Loda wins init. Twin. Miss, reroll, hit. Hit. 40dmg to Kyle. Stun, fail save, fail reroll. Kyle: 80hp left. Loda: 130hp left.

Round 5: AAAAAArgh. Just realized Kyle has Lightsaber Duelist. Also, at the start, he's 7 away so he couldn't have used Grenades. Start over.

Round 2: Kyle wins init. Miss, reroll, hit, hit, hit. 60 dmg to Loda. Loda's turn: hit, Force Defense Riposte, hit. 40dmg to Kyle. Kyle: 80hp. Loda: 70hp.
Round 3: Loda wins init. Hit. Miss. Stun. Make save. Stun. Make save. Stun. Fail save, reroll, make save. Kyle's turn. Hit, hit, hit (Alter), hit. 60dmg to Loda. Kyle: 60hp. Loda: 10hp.
Round 4: Loda wins init. Stun. Failed save. Hit, hit. Kyle: 20hp, Loda: 10hp.
Round 5: Kyle wins init. Miss. Hit, (Alter - still hit) (Alter - miss). Hit (Alter - miss). Loda: Miss, reroll miss, reroll hit. Loda wins.
Loda wins with 10hp left. Actually, I'm not 100% sure you can Force Alter the same attack twice. If he wasn't allowed to do that, then Kyle won. Very close match.
Revan vs Vandar
Teth Courtyard
Round 1: Revan wins init. Move in for Cunning Assault. Crit. LSDefense fails and so does reroll. 50dmg. Hit for 30 more. Vandar hit all 4 of Double/Twin. 80 dmg to Revan. Each with 50 remaining.
Round 2: Revan wins init. Cunning Double. Hit. 30dmg. Hit, LSDefense fails and so does reroll. Dead Vandar.
Revan wins wit 50hp remaining. I think Vandar would win most often - bad luck missing all 4 LS Defense rolls, especially the crit.

As long as you can use the force multiple times you can Alter that same attack again

Had some time at lunch.
Scourge v Krayt
Round 1: Scourge wins init. Lightsaber throw 2. Lands 2 hits, krayt armors both, takes 40 Vader moves 7 away.
Krayt spends a fp to move adjacent and attacks hit, miss djem so, hit with riposte, Krayt makes armor takes 20.
Vader:100
Krayt:70
Round 2: Vader wins init doubles and does 40 after armor.
Krayt Triples, hit (miss djem so, hit with riposte, made armor takes 20), hit (made djem so, hit, dead krayt)
Vader at 60
Naga v VAU
Round 1: VAU wins init, bases naga hits for 20.
Naga Doubles back, 2 failed poison saves 80 to VAU.
Round 2: Naga wins init sith sorcery, failed save and reroll. Doubles and hits 2 failed poisons = Dead VAU
Naga at 120.
Loda v KKJBM
Round 1:Loda wins int. Stun (fail, made reroll), Stun (failed). Loda lands a twin and does 40 to kyle.
Round 2:Loda wins init. Stun (fail, Cancel reroll), twins and does 20 to kyle.
Round 3:Loda wins init. Stun (fail, reroll failed), Twins, Hit and crit. Kyle takes 60.
Round 4:Loda wins init, yet again. Stun (fail and cancel reroll). Hits kyle dies.

Revan v Vandar
Round 1: Revan rolls a 1 for init. Vandar activates Suppression. Revan moves up and hits. made block save.
Round 2: Revan wins init and doubles. Hit, Block, hit, fail block Vandar takes 30.
Vandar double/twin. hits all 4 revan fails 2 blocks and is now out of force. Revan takes 80
Round 3: Revan wins init. hit, block, hit, fail. Vandar takes 30.
Vandar double/twin. Revan can't block due to suppression dies.
