Does it do 10 damage to everyone within 6 squares? I just want to be sure. It's like War Throat, but doesn't replace attacks or replace turn?

But note that it does not replace attacks. So you can use it to remove an annoying Mouse Droid before moving through for your main attack.

okay, so does it still follow targeting rules? and can she move double speed and then hit someone for 10 if she doesn't do anything else?
