General Kenobi and mobile attack Options

Since Gen Kenobi allows a follower 2 squares of extra movement, can they use that with mobile attack (so a speed 6 piece could move 3, attack, and move 5)?

Also, would Gen Kenobi's CE stack with the Klatooinian Capt since the captain increases speed but Kenobi allows 2 extra movement? So a pilot could move 10 and still attack?

Yes. Mobile attack allows you to split your movement, which General Kenobi adds to. The Klatoonian Captain changes a character's speed, which again, Kenobi adds to.

So, and not to over-think this, but Kenobi does nothing to change the character's speed but followers they get 2 extra squares of movement during their move no matter what? Just wanted to be abundantly clear.

Correct.

Basically, Kenobi gives followers the effects of the Force Power "Move Faster".
