If you can make the CE text a little easier to understand that would be great because it confuses me greatly. Perhaps there is no need to be confused but I just can't understand what the point it is trying to get across.

CE: Enemies with Accurate Shot who have cover can be targeted by Fringe followers within 6 squares of this character, even if those enemies are not the nearest.
Fringe followers can target enemy characters with the Special Ability Accurate Shot rather than following normal targeting rules. It can be used with regular Attacks or Special Abilities that target such as Missiles, Grenades, etc.
