Ok, so if you can move a single Non-Unique piece from any faction to any other faction what piece would be the best?

1. Gungan Shieldbearer
2. Senate Commando (in Rebels with Crix and Page!)
3. Rodian Diplomat

Some of my top choices include:
Storm Commando
Elite Rebel Commando
Bothan Noble
I wouldn't argue with the Rodian Diplomat except that tha Caamasi Noble already fills most of the same rolls for the same cost although it lacks the extras that set the Rodian appart when it comes to Dimplomats.

firstly love this thread, great idea.
secondly i dont think the lancer would be alot better in the other factions,
but as for my list i would have to say:
1: mando captain, for republic and new republic especially
2. Yammosk for every faction but vong, imperial, and republic.
3. GUngan Shield bearer
4. senate commando is a good one for NR or Rebels
5. Clone trooper on speeder Great in Imperials without having to sacrifice 62 points for palpy'
6. Storm commando For any faction but seps and mandos would be helpful
7. Clone with repeating blaster NR/Rebels for greater mobile, or seps for twin
i am sure there are others but those are the ones i can think of.

I think people are forgetiing the mandos
1. Mandolorian Counter-intelligence officer (cloaked, black ops)
2. Death Watch Saboteur (cloacked, satchel charge, traps)

"Dutch" and "HanSTA" and you are doing 30 for 15 atk at full speed
GARY can allow them to get Cunning attack with either "Mith'raw" giving Opportunist (In imps) or Darth Bandon giving damage boost up close
Oddball gives force immune grenades
"Dutch" makes them really wicked...

The only faction that he doesn't seem to benefit in would be Seps

The only faction that he doesn't seem to benefit in would be Seps Seps = twin (Whorm), momentum (Durge), extra attack on crits (Sidious). Speed 8 twins at +19/ 40 against force users ain't too shabby, and they can't block or riposte them. Better than any other non-unique living Sep I'd say.

Let's get huge with this:
Leviathan as Vong (super stealth, VCA 6, shaper/scarification, yah)
Fire Breather as Republic (mobile attack and double flamethrower is even better then double rainbow!!!)

How much more of a beast would a Jedi Weapons Master be if it had a force battery like Yoda or Palpatine? There are tons of fun CE's in the Rebel faction for them. I'd even go with Leia, Hoth Commander to try and bring them back (with a possible reroll)!
