For strafe attack, can an enemy use lightsaber riposte on you? I would think so, because melee attack is for all attacks, but I just want to make sure.
Also, with lightsaber reflect, who makes the second save of 11 to do 10 damage? The one using reflect gets the first save roll, because he is reversing an effect, but I'm not sure who is reversing the effect for the second one.
Some people on VASSAL have been saying that you only activate one character right after initiative. I believe them, but I could not find it in the rulebook. I did find it in a DCI rule guide, though.

1). Is the strafe a Melee attack, then reposte works. If the strafe is an adjacent non-Melee attack, then it wouldn't work.
2). The second save is by the attacker that is being reflected.
3). The 1 at the start of the round was a DCI rule instituted to reduce top of the round Alpha Strikes with cunning attacks. It is accepted as a rule within the DCI rules.

A Strafe Attack can never be against a non-adjacent enemy.
