Im not sure if Ive said it already,
but Scotty Speed, those aliens are GREAT! BigGrin

The attention to detail, especially for 25mm truescale, is phenomenal in a word.
This also encompasses the paintwork, which is incredibly detailed.

I assume this is still only the tip of the iceberg?
It must be hell-ish to convert all the minis to images, and then upload the pics to the net!

Any clone wars-y era stuff?
And to my... obsession? (is that the right word?): Droids.

Thanks again for all of the words of encouragement guys, it's really appreciated.

Koby: Yeah it's kind of a pain to take pics and upload them but it's also sort of a walk down memory lane in focusing on minis I did 5 or 6 years ago. There are more droids but not a lot of Clone Wars stuff except for repaints. I will take more pics today.

They were all hand painted. Airbrushing such tiny miniatures would be beyond my expertise.

@Scotty
COOL!!! BigGrin
there's loads of ideas in this latest batch.
The detail is again high in the paint work stakes.
Its interesting to see how the figure molding tech has changed in the space of 20 or so years...

Nice work on the Maul: I have a few of them (a couple im holding onto for investment haha). I customised mine by drilling out the hilt, removing those hideous pointy "blades" and replacing them with the twist tie trick. I then painted the new blades with translucent candy red and bam! an awesome maul!. Its a bit smaller than CS Maul, but I feel its closer to what we see in the movie.

Wioslea is a Verpine Jedi? (some species of jedi from the Postquel series of novels yeah?) Its a cool mini.
What species is Ketwol? Cool mini here, nice effects on its skin.
Nice detail on Jabba too! Movie authentic work there. How long did it take to paint?
Spijek and Yuzzum: those are awesome customs/figures. I'd love to get my hands on them, but theyre a little small being in the 25mm scale?

Great work, and thanks for sharing BigGrin

Thanks for the compliments.

Wioslea is a Vuvrian not a Verpine. The Jedi spin on this character was done by Hasbro when they released the action figure, which I thought was retarded. Ketwol is a Pacithhip. I would have really liked to see WEG release more miniatures before they went belly-up, that's why I did characters in that scale.

Jabba took around 3 days or so to paint.

Blink OMG!!! Wow, "excellent job" just doesn't seem to fully state how much I love your work Scotty. I think my favorite part is the detail you've put into their bases. As I was looking through them I thought, there is no way I can pick out a favorite. But then I saw your Jawa Spy. And a favorite was chosen. Woot Truely Epic work man! ThumpUp

Thanks Squelch! I'm pretty anal about bases. There have been times where I spend more time painting the base than the miniature Confused

The Jawa spy was a miniature I never really planned on making. I was painting another mini when I stumbled upon a few extra bits and parts in my spare parts box and just threw it together at the last minute.

Jawa Spy is a classic. Totally worth sacrificing a Galoob Jawa to a higher level of existence.

Yeah, the Jawa was a leftover from an AMT Cantina model I did. I have to tell you guys how much I appreciate the kind words. You guys really give me the kick in the arse I need to take more pics.

Whoa! Great update; that snow speeder is terrific, as are the alien jedi (i had never seen or heard of them till now!)
You might want to point em out to Surf for custom stat carding

This is some top notch stuff; where abouts would you say we are on the iceberg?
About 20% of collection photographed, or like 10% or something? BigGrin
