Can Exar Kun,DFS stop ABM (Advanced Battle Meditation) by stealing a force point (using Drain Force)?

I'm not sure what you mean by "stop." There's no reason you couldn't use Drain Force to steal one of Bastila's force points, but it would have no effect on an existing application for ABM, since losing a force point is not one of the conditions that cancels force abilities.

^ This is correct.

That aside, draining her Force IS an effective tactic to help limit her use of ABM during a match.
