Some of the new abilities are a bit unclear, but are easy to understand.
For example, rebel Yoda's CE says that an ally with a force rating can make an immediate attack if it only made one on THIS turn. Since the CE takes place at the end of Yoda's turn, how would the ally make an attack at all? I'm guessing that they meant for it to say, "on ITS turn", but I just want to make sure.

For self-destruct sequence 30, it says to remove the character from play, but doesn't say that it is defeated. Was this intentional?

If General Grievous uses spinning blade attack when his HP is at 70, but gets hit by riposte, does he stop his turn completely, because he can only use the ability when his HP is at half hit points or more?

With the new trap door special ability, is the save made for:
10 damage
10 damage and movement
or just movement?
Also, shouldn't it say that it only works on medium or small allies? I can't imagine an AT-AT falling down a pit.

That's all I have for now.

Well, just another thing... the AT-ST with Chewie and the Ewok can be in a republic squad if you have Commander Gree. It's more of a loophole, but I just wanted to point that out.

Quick and dirty answers:

Yoda's CE says "At the end of its turn, if an ally..."

Quote:
Self Destruct Sequence X: Instead of this character’s normal attack or attacks, deal the stated damage to each adjacent character. Then remove this character from play. This character is immediately defeated and cannot use abilities to prevent this result.

(that's from the full glossary)

Spinning Blade: No, he would finish his turn normally, but then could not use SBA on a later turn unless he healed up.

Trap Door: save is for both (note the use of "and" between the effects)

Chewie AT-ST: Yep, and that situation already existed with the Wookie Hunter AT-ST. :)

Actually Gree only lets you pull in non-unique Wookiees, Mermeru lets you pull in unique Wookiees. Cool but yeah you would already use the Wookiee Hunter AT-ST with Gree...because that makes sense Wink

Um, yeah. I'm glad I put in that "quick and dirty" disclaimer. BigGrin

I played that WH/Gree combo a time or two back in the day. It always got somebody going over how silly it is.

Good times, hehe.

Thanks for the answers! Just one more thing: Does saber-dart affect non-living characters? I'm guessing that it doesn't, maybe said in the full glossary. Where do you find that, anyways?

Well, later on in the wording of the CE, it says if the ally hasn't attacked only once THIS turn, not on it's turn. It's on Yoda's turn, so it couldn't have attacked at all.

The ITS is referring to the Ally, not Yoda. At the end of the Ally's turn, if it hasn't taken a 2nd attack it may.

OHHH... I was really confused on that oneBlushing . But now I get it. If a Jedi moves adjacent to an enemy, it can make another attack at the end of its turn! Thanks!

Yeah I deleted my post after I saw you got it.

Not sure about Saber Dart. Typically poison only affects living pieces but we will have to see what the full glossary text says when that is updated. Otherwise Sithborg or someone else might know.

Yeah, in my experience, it's kinda tough to poison an AT-ST or IG-88. It might dent them a little bit, though...Razz

A preview was given by Sithborg last week, stickied in General: "A little spoiler till wed..."

It looks like Saber Dart affects non-living as well as living. But I will double check, while I'm trying to figure out other Errata.
