There are a lot of annoying minis out there, that remove your commander effects, get in the way, close doors, redirect attacks, and survive forever. Here's a couple options to choose from that you find most annoying. If you have something more annoying, then choose other, and put it down below, along with a reason why.
Note: the Bastila Shan is the newer V-Set one.
Note #2!: Sorry, I messed up. GOWK is supposed to be one of the answers, not the poll queston. Big oops on my part. If you find him annoying, just choose other and post down here why.
For the question, I would have to say GOWK. He is very unstoppable unless you have Auto Damagers on your side, and his CE does much more than he costs.

For the person who put down "other", I'll just assume that you chose GOWK, since I mentioned him already. It seems like I've started a trend.  I just posted this today and there are 2 new polls that have been made today other than this one. I think I contributed to a lot of the Jar Jar hate.  I've used him quite a bit on Vassal...

Hardly. GOWK is annoying, now that SSM is back to normal in official play. But I have gotten so tired of IG86 Droid swarms. They are annoying to anything with a decent activation count.
That and Dodonna. It is really tough to not tell players that "It's one unless I say so" is not how it works legally.

 jar-jar  is by far the most annoying piece as for the most difficult to play against? I'd say Bastilla. her ABM is awsome

Jar Jar. He adds insult to injury. On top of the obvious reasons (he's Jar Jar), for some reason, my dice always try and sabotage me every time i play against him. Its uncanny how many times I've failed saves against that piece. He's leveled entire factions.

Tough to choose between GOWK and Zannah, but probably GOWK due to Mettle and his CE on top of SSM.
Also agree with Sithborg about IG-86s.
