I'm pretty sure I understand this right, but it came up in a game at the Wellington LGS and I didn't want to shake my fists on it.
Gives and extra attack by a fellow force user, the new Yoda does. Against the same target, it must be. At the end of the turn, it is. After making ONE attack, it is.
So... if you have a force user on your squad who has twin, they both count as attacks so you can't use Yoda's CE on that character, eh? Yes, the character has only taken one attack and a twin has resulted, but that twin is another attack effectively, yes? That means, at the end of its turn, that character can't make use of Yoda's CE.
Correct me if I'm wrong.

If you used Twin Attack, you made more than 1 attack that turn, thus Yoda's CE doesn't take effect.

Twin Attack does not account as that character has made 2 attacks that turn.
