When are characters removed from the board when they are defeated?
Basically can I impulsive advance into the square that was occupied by the character who was defeated to give me the advance? (ie NR Luke dies, can Saba impoulsive advance into the square that he occupied?)

I would imagine this would fall under simultaneous events in that the removal of the defeated character from the battle map happens simultaneously with the impulsive ability so if you choose to remove Luke first the spot is no longer occupied and can be moved into - however if you choose to move first then luke remains and Saba cannot occupy that space.
