If a follower starts it's movement within range of Lando can it go out of range and still use the ability? If it starts out of range and then enters range can it use the granted special ability that turn?
Example: A follower (Let's say Chewy) starts its turn 4 squares away from Lando, HoT. If Chewy moves 3 squares away; 1 square out of range of Lando's CE, can he still make an attack and continue his movement?
Scenario 2: Chewy starts 7 squares away from Lando. Can he move 1 square towards Lando (entering range of his CE) and then proceed to use Mobile Attack that turn?

I'm 99% sure that you only need to be in range at the point of making the attack and continuing moving. By the way, the CE is for Non-unique followers, so Chewy wouldn't get it anyway.

You check when you need to use the ability. So after you make the shot before you start moving again is when you would check.
