Does jaina benefit from mandalorian commander effects that read "Mandalorian followers....." or does she count as new republic?

Affinity changes a character's faction when put in another faction, so Jaina does get Mando CEs.

Look up "affinity" in the glossary and i think you'll find your answer

Yes, she would count as a manolorian for squad building rules, so she would benefit from mandolin CE's. What did you have in mind?
