I could understand If I say something controversial, or I'm trolling. I don't think its fair for a moderator to delete post thats they think is redundant or innaproriate, and whats more without any explaination. There is way too much of that. I'll be honest, It makes me wonder why I even bother sometimes. Very discouraging. This community is dwindling enough without the help of drive by modding. Why scare me off as well? It's a gripe. I post things here sometimes,and they disappear. And I don't get an explanation. no vulgarities, no trolling, no threats. Something as benign as "Email Josh, he has a copy of what you need". If someeone can explain to me why it happens, I'd appreciate it, I would ask the mods when they delete a post, to do their best to explain why they did it, I'd appreciate that even more. Thanks

Could you point to what thread you are referring to? I know I haven't deleted anything on purpose recently. I know I moved a thread, but it wasn't yours.
Also, keep in mind that if you had quoted someone, using the quote button, that if they deleted their own post, it will delete the quoted post as well.

one time at band camp, we removed an old fence, and the last thing we did was delete the posts.
