That Game Convention, November 10-11

On Saturday, I will be running a Star Wars Minis event at the convention from 5pm to 9pm. I have coordinated this time with Roy Scales, who will be running a Fantasy Flight X-Wing tournament from 11:30 to 4:30, so that anyone wishing to compete in both events can. Details of my event are below:

ASSASSIN

You and your partner have been summoned to a small town on the planet of Tatooine. Upon arrival, you discover that many more in your secret line of work...assassins...have also been summoned. Your goal: Survive the challenge issued to the best of your craft and prove that you are the best that the galaxy has to offer.

Each player in this scenario will choose from a number of Dynamic Duos. Each Dynamic Duo will conform to normal faction restrictions, consist of exactly 100pts, and have 1 melee character and 1 non-melee character. Each player will also be issued 2 secret targets from among the other participating characters. If you successfully eliminate your target, you will be assume their target as your own. The winner is the player whose characters have eliminated the most targets.

Special rules: You may not attack or use an ability that replaces attacks on any other characters that are not your official targets UNLESS they attack (or use an ability that replaces attacks) on you first. If you eliminate a character that is not your target but has attacked you first, that elimination will not score towards the victory condition. As a player you will continue in the game as long as you have at least 1 character. When a character under your control is eliminated, you decide which of your targets to give to your opponent if you have more than 1.

Prize support (Including but not limited to): A Matt Francella map, a Christopher West map, Vset promos (mostly DotF), at least 1 set of the Bounty Hunter Challenge cards. (Luke Skywalker, Master of the Order and Darth Sideous, Sith Mastermind)
