Do the echanis gain grand admiral thrawns CE +3 att +3 def with atris +4 att +10 dam
Giving them 18 attack with meditate

They would be able to benefit from both, but the attack boosts wouldn't stack, you would take the higher bonus.

So with GA Thrawn they would get +4 att +3 def +10 damage
