The Rebel Storm Ultimate Missions book, I believe. It also comes in the SAGA core rulebook, but the terrain color lines are gone.

Ha ha. Not that one. Jedi Cartographer. I believe it is available through Miniature Market.

EDIT#

Nope Miniature Market doesn't have it. They do have Rhen Vaar http://www.miniaturemarket.com/armored-cartographers-strongholds-and-fortresses-double-sided-map-gangster-s-palace-ice-world-citadel.html
This is a good Melee map, the flip side is better for shooters. Both are Restricted list regulars.

The Mos Eisley side of this map is also not bad for Melee, flip side not good for anyone with eyes.
