I had a question come up tonight that neither Tim from SWMiniverse (aka Chargers) or I were 100% on.
I used the Dark Woman to Light Tutor Bossk, Trandoshan Hunter in a squad w/ Master Yoda. I moved adjacent to an enemy w/ Bossk and made 2 attacks thanks to the Yoda CE, hitting on both attacks. I believed that the Rend qualifiers had been met but Tim wasn't sure based upon the wording of the Yoda CE specifying "At the end of its turn". I was under the impression that the intention of that phrasing was to require movement first and to stop someone from making 2 attacks and then moving. Ultimately it was a moot point because GOWK soresu'd all the damage away but it would be nice to know for next time.

No, Rend only triggers on the attack generated by Double Attack or Double Claw Attack. Extra Attacks do not apply.
This is covered in the FAQ under Rend.
