I was wondering if you could blaster barrage twice with Arica if u use her hand of the emperor ability? I figured you probably can't cause it replaces attacks but my friend said I could and let me, so I did lol. I appreciate your help with the situation cause I don't wanna cheat. TY

She can use Force Points twice, but you still cannot use two Replaces Attacks powers twice.
