Can you combine Clone Trooper Pilots with an ISP speeder while also stacking Gunner +20?
Example: ISP firing with 5 Clone Trooper Pilots combining gives ISP 20 base Damage+ 100 Damage or +20 damage per pilot, Also does the +damage Stack for all 4 of the ISP attacks (Double and Twin)?

Same-named abilities do not stack unless they specifically say so. Only 1 instance of Gunner would boost damage on a single attack, though the attack bonus would still apply.
Combining fire is per attack (activates the combining character making it ineligible for subsequent attacks) so you would need a different CTP for each attack to get the Gunner +20 bonus on all of the ISP's attacks.

careful with the ISP, it's l0w HP is a major drawback
