I've seen a couple people say that SWMGamers is more active than Bloo Milk...I just made an account there (don't ask), and the forums there seem a lot less active.

The forums garner around the same level of activity, but tend to have different focuses. Gamers tends to be more competitive-based while bloo hovers more on the casual side.

I agree with E.D., and would add that activity on Bloo seems to be steadier, while on Gamers it seems to happen in flurries around events like floor rules changes, regionals planning, v-set releases and the like.
Also, there isn't much posting of spoilers going on over there, since a lot of members are involved in development or play testing, so discussions of new pieces are mostly happening here.

From your side it probably does look like not much going on at SWMgamers. But what you don't see is the activity of post of two v-sets of character generation going on at the same time.

Bloo is definitely the casual site, whereas Gamrs is more competitive.
