Normally I dislike tempo control, but with Sith being mostly high point pieces it seems like a natural fit. Is there any that I missed? Or ones on the horizon in recent spoilers?

Lord Krayt has Dodonna's CE
Marka Ragnos CE lets you activate one extra character at the end of his turn (not true tempo control though)
Their main trick is Sith Sorcery.

Sith Sorcery is their best activation control. Activations balance out very quickly.

I like Sith Sorcery as the next guy, but every piece with it is 50+ so generally speaking he can't be thrown into a squad willy-nilly.

No, it's not the traditional, toss in Tempo Control. You have to build around it, unlike Dodonna. San and Ozzel do need to be built with them in mind, due to them potentially hurting yourself.
But it can be much stronger. At the last MI Regional, I came in 6th, running Marka Ragnos, staying to 8 activations during most games. I had a game where I saw a Vader fail his save 3 rounds in a row (but still somehow made his save 15s for Djem So, grrrrr). Yes, some luck is involved. But the activations when balance out very quickly.
