Glossary Text
Instead of this character’s normal turn, this character can move up to its Speed value, attacking each adjacent enemy as it moves. It must move at least one space before making an attack. Roll each attack when this character is adjacent to that enemy. It can only attack each character once with this special ability and it cannot move into a space it just left. This character does not provoke attacks of opportunity while using this ability.
Card Text
Replaces turn, usable only while this character is at half Hit Points or more: This character can move up to his speed this turn and he can attack each adjacent enemy once as he moves. This movement does not provoke attacks of opportunity.
If Grievous ends his turn and finishes adjacent to an enemy does Spinning Blade Attack still apply? I think yes based on glossary text but am not sure based on card text.

Once you have moved at least one square, you can attack each enemy you are/or become adjacent to.
If you started adjacent to a character and then moved out of adjacency on your 1st square of movement, you wouldn't get to attack it.
Any enemy you become adjacent to on your last square of movement can be attacked.
