In what way? I used to play Warhammer 40k, and the 2 games don't seem compatable. I've seen people just use Imperial models for their Imperial armies. Scout troopers on bike, ATSTs, etc since it's the same base size.

kobayashimaru has a WHSWM hybrid, check on his thread as he posted some of the rules.
