it costs 2 to move into cover and 2 out of cover same as moving into yellow 2 in 2 out?

No, it only costs 2 to move into cover. And only 2 to move into low objects (yellow). Not out, unless you are going into another square with cover or low objects.

Correct (except that yellow is rough terrain and green is low objects). Technically "cover" is not a terrain type, it's just effects targeting and defense.

Don't even think about "what it costs" to move out of a square. There is never a cost to move out of a square. It is 1 movement to move INTO a regular square, 2 movement to move INTO low objects or rough terrain (green or yellow). Moving diagonally doubles the movement of what you are moving INTO (2 or 4 respectively).

And of course some special abilities allow you to ignore terrain when you travel (flight, wall climber, stable footing), in which you go back to 1 movement (2 for diagonal).
