NeverTellMeTheOdds suppresses enemy abilities that modify Initiative. Against the Muun Tactics Broker, does it suppress the entire Tactics Broker ability? As in, the enemy does not remove a character each round, as well as the effect on your Initiative check? I think yes, but I'd like to confirm.
