Do force immunity or the ysalamiri cancel force abilities? I'm not sure how these things interact

If this has been answered elsewhere, can someone please point me to it?

Related question:

Can you spend a force point to re-roll a failed Parry save against a Force Immune character? I'm pretty sure you can't but want to verify.

EDIT: Nevermind, found it in the FAQ. Answer is no, falls under responding like I figured.

Yes. Force Abilities are Force Powers, so they interact with Force Immunity in the same way. Not sure how much of it was covered in the FAQ for DOTF, but there is plenty of precedent used from the larger FAQ (see Force Sence/Force Immunity)
