So I was playing mando vs mando today. And we had the question who has to do resol'nare first. If you win INT can you choose. it's to your advantage most time to make the other person use his first

I'm pretty sure whichever person is going first is the one who has to Resol'nare first. Thats how it works with Intuition, Surprise Move, etc.

That would be correct. You figure out who is going first. Then that person has to do all their stuff first (intuition, reslonare, Surprise move, etc)
