Opinions on a custom ability Options

I'm trying to create a new custom ability but I just can't work it out could I have some suggestions? Here is what I have:

Moving Fire: If this character has moved it gains +4 attack and +10 damage on it's attacks as long as it doesn't land adjacent to an enemy character.

As you can see it is just momentum's effects but not restricted to melee attacks.
1. Name needs to be changed I just couldn't think of a good name
2. Is this ability potentially game breaking or really lame and needs a twist
Any help is appreciated.

Maybe call it strafing fire. As for it being over powered I would make it like they have to end their turn with in 6 of their target. Because every character, especially with a blaster is likely to move that turn. Making it almost an auto+4/+10

Alright sounds good i'll see what some other people have to say then go about fixing it. P.S thank so much for the name when I began putting this ability toghether my mind blanked and I couldn't think of any half decent names.

Yep, t6his wording is what I'd use.
