I noticed that a good deal of the characters seem to have a significantly higher rating in the squad builder than in the character search. I was wondering way this is so and which one is the real rating. Thanks BlooMilk

No actually I notice it more in non-v sets

Interesting. It looks like the ratings are being retained from an earlier point in time and aren't getting updated.
