According to the glossary text, "Enemies attacked by this character cannot use Force powers and special abilities for the rest of the turn. "
So yes.

The card text on Bloomilk and the glossary entry on Bloomilk are a bit inconsistent: Card Text: Quote:On this character's turn, enemy characters attacked by this character cannot use special abilities or Force powers that respond to this character's attacks for the rest of the turn.... Glossary Text: Quote:Enemies attacked by this character cannot use Force powers and special abilities for the rest of the turn.... So the glossary is the definitive version?

Yes, the glossary is the definitive version - providing additional clarification as to what's on the card. But that's from Bloomilk's glossary, which sometimes conflicts with the 'real' glossary. Not sure where the 'real' glossary is now. I always found it on swmresources.com, which is still down.

Actually, there's a big thread about it here: http://www.bloomilk.com/Forums/default.aspx?g=posts&m=133692It sounds like the card text overrides the glossary text - it's an unusual situation, as the card text is more detailed than the glossary. So Avoid Defeat would still work, but almost nothing else would - it bypasses bodyguard, damage reduction, energy shield etc (if I'm reading it right).

You are correct. So much for consistency. An errata should be issued for the glossary. Or at least corrected here on Bloomilk. (swinefeld?)

bodyguard should also work as the character being "hit" isn't the one using the special ability and you aren't preventing the damage (just reassigning it).

Vc Armor, Dark Armor, Beskar Gam, All Work Against It. TheY Respond To The Damage, And Not The Attack.

The Definition Of Suppresive Fire Is You Can Not Respond To The Attack. I.e. Evade, Soresu Style, Lightsaber D. I Dunno The Definition Of Forcr Bubble. But The Ones I Noted Respond To DAMAGE. Has No Affect On The Attack.... So Im Actually Right, Unless They Errata It Since The Last Time I Had This Discussion With them

Just Read The Definition Of Force Bubble. It Says " When You Take Damage You Can Negate 20." So You Could Use It Against Suppresive fire

Everything before resolving the defeat, is considered responding to the attack. The proof is the interactions of Force Immunity. You can't use Force Bubble or reroll Dark Armor/Shields when attacked by a character with Force Immunity.
