So.... I think this has been covered.. But


Say I have Tyber Zann and Frigin Dan in a squad. And my opponent tries to bring in Frigin Dan as well... Can I steal him?

Likewise, If I have say Kreia and Luke Galactic Hero, and another Luke GH rolls a 1 and becomes mine, do I get to keep them both?

I think the answer is YES because the unique restriction is only on squad building correct?

Yes, abilities that switch whoever controls a piece are not affected by Unique.
