I've been thinking about getting into X-wing Miniatures game.
What have you found that you liked and disliked about it.

I really like it. With Wave 2, the game got really interesting, with all the combos of ships, pilots, and upgrades. With the upcoming Wave 3 (B-wing, Moldy Crow, TIE Bomber, Lambda shuttle), the game will become very interesting. The game is fun. The flying of ships is great fun. When you pull off a maneuver perfectly, no better feeling. And when a maneuver fails, it is still fun (to me, imo). Honestly, I've grown used to the price, especially since I went slow in getting my ships. And the minis are really appealing once in hand.
Some downsides, I'm not a big fan of how the tournament scoring works. Also, supply is still trying to catch up to demand, especially with Wave 2. But they are trying their best. Wave 2 has another reprint coming out (already on their 3rd), while the Wave 1 stuff should be going out to stores soon. Some feel there is some imbalance in the tourney play, but I don't see it.

And when a maneuver fails, it is still fun (to me, imo). +1, as there is nothing like having three Firesprays in perfect formation coming to bear or completely botching the maneuvers and still creating a hot mess in the general vicinity given their base size.

It is another thing to have LE Ships for your OP program. Add in the sculpts are not worth the price point, I'm out. Even though it does look like they are making some interesting changes to make it more Trek like.

Thanks guys. I am printing off cards for now from here to card stock. http://www.afewmaneuvers.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=799...and resizing the big cards to 3.5 inches high and the small cards to 2.5 inches high.
