1. Is he considered to have a lightsaber due to his RM being obi-wan? I'm a bit confused since I imagine RMs are limited due to there only being so many actual sculpts.
2. I'm not sure if this is true, but can you really not use an SA/FP that says "usable only on this character's turn?" I would like it explained if possible please.

1. A mini is considered to have a lightsaber if: It has a visible lightsaber (in the case of V-sets, if the picture on the card has a visible lightsaber) OR it has a Force power containing the word "lightsaber" OR it has the "Lightsaber +10" special ability. Some recommended minis will be digitally altered on the v-set cards to have (or not have) a lightsaber as needed.
2. "Usable only on this character's turn" abilities can only be used during the character's turn (so not during pre-turn movement, initiative, attacks of opportunity, etc.), but they do not replace either movement or attacks. For example, if you have a character with Jedi Mind Trick, you can move, make any attacks, and then use Jedi Mind Trick, assuming you have the force points to do so.
Does that help?

1. I changed the topic since I had more than 1 question, I was specifically wondering about bardan jusik.
2. That did help a lot for both questions.

Barden has a lightsaber. On his card, his RM is GOWK and his lightsaber has not been photoshopped out.
