If Revan Has Fyd On Him, And Now Has Savage, Can He Still Use His Ce?

Although I have been wrong in a couple different cases with recent rules questions I would be shocked if Revan could use his swap CE while under the effects of Face Your Destiny. "A Savage character is not subject to Commander Effects". Unless less this is some sort of Savage Light that doesn't encompass all of the normal Savage restrictions I can't see how he could be subject to his own CE in this instance.

I guess the main question is is does revan target himself with his commander effect.
Gaining savage would not make his commander effect disappear for instance if thrawn had savage he could still swap 2 characters.
But I feel like he would not be able to swap as well
