So here is the Scenario:
My Squad Consists of Bx Commando Droids with Snipers, Tactical droids, and a bunch of fodder.
My Opponent has The V-set Caedus.
He Wins initiative and has 6 force with Caedus. and proceeds to use AIng -Ti Flow Walking, after which he uses Sith Battle Meditation.
He moves all of my snipers, And We try to Decide weather that counts as movement for heavy weapon purposes Durring the Pre- round or not. We ruled no because it is not voluntary movement but i am wanting to make sure.
I guess the Main Question is what classifies as movement for Heavy weapon?
Also on another similar note, if a character with heavy weapon has counter push used on them can they still attack?

No, because the Flow-walking turn is a separate turn.
