Master Tact, and Munn Tactics rules interaction Options

If someone with Master Tact is facing someone who is running a Munn Tactics Broker, lets say the guy running Master Tact also brings in the Tactics Broker, what's the rules interaction here? Like does Master Tact work, or do the two players straight up roll? Just curious how that worked.

MTB causes the Master Tactician to roll a 1, and Master Tactician does not go into effect when a 1 is rolled.

Right, but the guy who has Master Tact also has a Tactics Broker so the other players roll is a one, so they reroll, I was just curious how that worked in that situation.

on 1st roll both MTBs work making both opponents roll a 1.

tie, reroll

on a reroll master tactician works MTB is once per round and thus does not, MT wins.
